Programmers / Programming Executives (Open Position)
Responsibilities

Develop various mobile applications for Android and IOS.

Link mobile app to external system via Web API.

Designing program specifications and prototypes.

Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor Degree or equivalent.

System Support Executive (Open Position)
Responsibilities

Work independently with minimal supervision to provide end-user support services.

Responsible in ensuring all problem tickets are resolved within allowed Timeframe.

To provide Training Online/Offline and perform troubleshooting to customer’s problem.
​

Test and feedback on the Software behaviour and performance to the team on the patches installed.

Prepare guidelines, training materials where the need for this has been established.

To perform any other assignment as and when required by the management.
Requirements

Responsibilities

Responsible for the merchandising, distribution and selling of software and related hardware.

Recognize the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the specifications of the computer software.

Identify new business opportunities and construct sales presentation.
​

Brainstorm potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services.

Assist in all matters concerning sales and marketing activities such as events, exhibitions, road shows.

Assist in copywriting and proofreading for email campaigns, brochures, website landing pages and social media captions.

Handle prospects’ enquiries and efficiently respond to customers’ request.
